To add banking account details in ShopeePay, you can follow the steps below:-
Select Transfer to Bank > Select Add New Bank Account > Fill in bank account details > Select NEXT > Your bank account has been added

⚠️Note
- For security reasons, we require additional information to verify your account. As a safety measure due to the requirements set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), these changes can only take effect after 12 hours.
- Before adding a bank account, please double-check all the details to ensure their legitimacy. Be cautious of potential scams and verify that you are sending money to the correct recipient. Always confirm bank account information and avoid adding payees from unknown sources to protect yourself from fraud.
To remove bank account details, you can follow the steps below:
Select Transfer to Bank > Select Edit > Select the bin icon beside the bank account that you would like to delete > Select Yes to delete the bank account

⚠️Note
- Please note that adding a bank account in Shopee Account Settings is different from adding it to ShopeePay. Shopee Account Settings allows you to checkout using a bank account, while ShopeePay is for withdrawing funds from your ShopeePay account.
- Only local bank accounts can be added to ShopeePay.
- You don't need to add a bank account to use ShopeePay. Adding bank accounts allows you to make withdrawals from ShopeePay.
